At La Terrazza Family Holidays we are always very attentive to the issues of inclusiveness and accessibility for all guests.
La Terrazza Family Holidays is located on the first and second floor of a small semi-detached building, built at the beginning of the last century, when the need for inclusive buildings was not yet felt. To reach the first floor from the courtyard, it is necessary to climb a convenient staircase of 18 steps built within the ancient tuff walls of the house.
The building constraints of the historic building made it very difficult for us to create an infrastructure to support guests with reduced mobility.
The best solution we were able to find was the Otolift Modul-Air stairlift, which, with a small footprint on the side, gives us the comfort of sitting and the serenity of battery power.
The stairlift can be controlled from two positions, with an ergonomic control knob on the armrest and in remote mode.
The other intervention we carried out was the adaptation of the toilets.
In the bathroom, to support the toilet, we installed grab bars, one of which can be tilted.
In the shower cubicle, we installed the flush alarm, the grab bar and also the shower seat.
The washbasin is of the free-standing base type.
