The Rooftop Solarium Terrace
The fantastic 70 sqm Rooftop Solarium Terrace is located on the second floor of the house, for the exclusive use of our guests. Here you can start your day having breakfast outdoors, sunbathe on the sun loungers, cool off with the outdoor shower or enjoy romantic aperitifs at sunset while admiring Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The terrace is equipped with sofas, small tables, sun loungers, a shade gazebo, and a Weber barbecue.
The Living Kitchen
The very large 28-square-meter living kitchen is the centerpiece of the house. Brightly lit, with a window and two balconies overlooking the citrus grove, it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, oven, toaster, planetary and coffee makers. Here you will find an extendable table for 10 guests, two sofas, air conditioning, central heating and automatic VMC Elica Snap ventilation system to ensure the best air quality at all times.
Bathrooms and Laundry
The two bathrooms on the second floor are spacious, with windows, non-slip flooring, large glass shower enclosures, hair dryers, and towel warmers. A third half bath is located on the second floor. The functional laundry room in the attic is equipped with 2 washers, dryer, and both indoor and outdoor clotheslines, ideal for light travelers or longer stays.

La Terrazza Family Holidays is the most family-friendly vacation home on the Sorrento Coast. It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate your little guests, with lots of amenities and useful equipment to help you have a carefree vacation.
Family Kit
For the little ones, we have prepared our complete Family Kit: 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, changing table, bed rail, 2 baby bath tubs and 2 strollers. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle warmer, sterilizer, bibs, cutlery, saucers and baby cups to make the whole family’s meals enjoyable.
Security
The safety of the little ones is our priority: electrical outlet covers throughout the house, smoke, gas and carbon dioxide detectors, full first-aid kit, and gate to protect the stairs. The three soundproofed rooms provide peace of mind while resting, while a ban on smoking inside the house ensures a healthy environment.
Entertainment
For children’s enjoyment you will find TVs with Sat and Smart TV with access to Netflix and other services, books for children of different ages, toys, coloring pages, and crayons. The large terrace provides a safe outdoor space where little ones can play, while adults relax while enjoying the views and atmosphere of the Coast.

Private parking
For guests arriving with their own cars, La Terrazza Family Holidays has a private parking area 70 meters from the house. The area is covered by our WiFi network and can accommodate up to 3 cars.
Self Check-In
Convenient Self Check-In with no time limits is available, giving you the freedom to arrange your arrival time independently. At home you will find our Welcome Book with directions on how to best enjoy your experience.
Ecological House
La Terrazza Family Holidays is an eco-friendly vacation home. We have installed energy saving lamps, water flow reducers, solar panels for hot water, ceiling fans to reduce the use of air conditioning, and thermal window frames with double glazing. We also use environmentally friendly detergents and practice separate waste collection.
Exclusive use
Family Holidays Terrace accommodates only one group of guests at a time. You will then have exclusive use of the entire House, the terrace, and, of course, the three bathrooms and the laundry room, giving you maximum privacy and independence.
