100 meters from the house is a nice Restaurant/Pizzeria/Bar that is very good and also has take-out pizzas that can be enjoyed comfortably on the terrace. There are also a butcher’s store that prepares excellent trays of sliced meats, a vegetable store, tobacconist and travel agency. In the center of Sant’Agnello there are 2 supermarkets, numerous bars and restaurants, rotisseries, wine bars, and the pharmacy. It will take less than 10 minutes to walk to the center of Sant’Agnello.

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. We also offer self check-in for more flexibility. If you have special needs, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

You can walk to the characteristic beach of La Marinella in just 15 minutes, through the narrow streets that start right next to the house (if you don’t want to walk the slightly uphill return trip, you can always take the bus!). There are, however, many other beaches within easy reach.

Family Holidays Terrace is located on the first and second floors of a semi-independent building.
From the courtyard on the ground floor to the second floor there are 20 convenient steps. Also the second floor and the second floor, where there is a solarium, service bathroom and laundry room, are connected by a staircase with 20 steps.

La Terrazza Family Holidays is easily accessible by various means of transportation. You can arrive by car from Naples by taking the A/3 highway to Castellammare di Stabia and then the SS 145. Alternatively, you can take the Circumvesuviana train from Naples to Sant’Agnello station, or a direct bus from Naples airport. Yes, all bedrooms and the kitchen are air-conditioned. We have installed an energy-efficient central heat pump system, and also each room has its own air conditioning system that can be regulated separately. There are also ceiling fans in each room to ensure maximum comfort with low environmental impact.
