What is a Privacy and Cookie Policy?

This is the document that describes how the personal data of users who visit the website is processed. It is, therefore, an information also provided pursuant to art. 13 and 14  of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 –  General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) – for those who simply browse the site and for users who spontaneously send communications to the contact details of made public on the site.

The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted through our links, for which is in no way responsible.

The processing connected to the web services offered by this site (physically hosted in Italy at KeliWeb) is carried out at the headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled only by personnel authorized to process them. Occasionally, third party suppliers may be granted temporary access to the site’s memories for the exclusive purposes of technical assistance, in compliance with legal requirements and under the supervision of the Data Controller. The data are not disclosed abroad.

In addition, no data deriving from interaction with the site is communicated to third parties or disseminated.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful,  error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Navigation data will be collected exclusively in the legitimate interest of allowing the user to use the contents published on the Data Controller’s websites and their proper administration and management. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data in question could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against our site: except in this case, data on web contacts are generally not kept for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Personal data are processed in electronic format, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of the data subjects

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the user has the right to request, at any time, access to his/her personal data, rectification or deletion of the same, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation, obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her,  In the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR. At any time, the user may revoke the consent given pursuant to Article 7 of the GDPR (where consent has been requested); lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the regulations in force.

The user may also make a request to object to the processing of his/her personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR in which to provide evidence of the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which may not be accepted where there are obligations or legitimate reasons that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user and that impose or justify the continuation of the processing.
